I am indeed taking care of myself, too. Last Sunday I boarded the Norwegian Breakaway in NY and sailed off to paradise for 7 days. Enjoyed great food, plenty of sunshine, a spa treatment or two, and took part in everything the ship had to offer. I've returned relaxed, and totally refreshed.
