Wow, never had a problem at Jo Jo's. The owner is always friendly. Didn't know about the "book", never needed a service like that, but I can see being selective with something like that or even stopping it because there are a lot of people who would take advantage of something like that. As far as the meat goes, Heath's meat is good, but Jo Jo's meat is 100X better. Finally, I don't blame the owner for getting mad at kids playing with a ball in the store. The parents should control their little buttercups. Rolling a ball across the floor makes it dirty and used, much harder to sell.
