seems kind of strange that this complaint surfaces now - 5 months since the last time the store was open. There must be another agenda to the original poster's complaint.

Jojos is expensive - we always make the "$20 a bag" comment (jokingly) whenever we go there. But one has to pay for convenience and no one forces anybody to shop there.

Russ (owner) has always been friendly to me and my children. Only once did I see him be "uncooperative" to a customer who was trying to return a bag of charcoal that went unused over the summmer (the receipt evidently was dated weeks before).. Russ said no, the guy became belligerent - over a $5 bag of Kingsford - and the conversation devolved into a NY/NH bashfest, culiminating in the ejection of the customer from the store... I sided with Russ in that case.

So, in short, don't go there if you don't want to....
