Thanks RLW.I looked through my e-mails and couldn't find anything from EZ-pass.I don't remember getting any comfirmation that I ordered EZ-pass either.There is a link to request your pin number and I used it but get this,they use snail mail to notify me instead of e-mail.Oh well! SS
