Tried to access my account on-line and it's asking me for my pin number.Why don't I know it.I never got one when I signed up.They instruct first time users that once you log-in and gain access to your account to set-up a new pin number.But I can't log-in in the first place!I have tried the customer service number they refer me to 6 times this morning and all I get is one ring and then nothing!Any help out there? SS
