If American citizens could think "outside the box" and get rid of the public school systems which takes up close to 80% of local money the quality of life in this nation would take off. We get to privatize/eliminate Social Security. No more taking 6.2% (1.45% is Medicare) out of my salary that I'll never see to pay for the folks that weren't smart enough to save.
