On May 4th, I watched a green barge loaded with sand dump ½ the load at a dock's base
into the lake. 
The remainder was dumped on a beach right next door.
At most lakes I'm familiar with, this would be a highly questionable activity; however, it did occur at a location that DES had already—and famously—taken to court.
