We have tried both 3 and 93 and now we make a game out of the choice. We put it up for a vote with the kids and have "quiet" games where the winner gets to pick the route. It sounds silly, but anything to trick them into being quiet in the car, at least for a short period of time. And now it has become something that they look forward to, ipods and dvd players work, but then we are wasting the one on one time with the kids.
