Right now, the egress at the east end of the parking lot is both an entrance-exit, and the egress at the west end is an exit only. Previously, since 1971, the east was entrance only, and the west was exit only. That more simple plan worked pretty good from 1971 to 2008.
The answer is simple....totally ban all motor vehicles and only allow bicycles and pedestrians and kayaks......no cars, suv's or pickups allowed......problem solved
