About your only viable option is to talk to an attorney about the possibility of filing a civil action in court, claiming private nuisance.

I cannot comment on NH law, but generally speaking, a successful suit for private nuisance will enable the aggrieved party to recover monetary damages and secure an injunction prohibiting the nuisance from continuing.

Whether the activity would be deemed a private nuisance: that is the question.

Also, your ability and willingness to throw barrels full of money (i.e., legal fees) at the problem is also the question.
