Thanks SO MUCH for sharing -- that's what I expect a sugarhouse to look like, having lived my life in NH........ Not too many of the "authentic" ones left, compared to what there were back in the day. I read somewhere recently however that syrup-making is enjoying a resurgance, among hobbyists, which is encouraging! I sure miss the smell of it in the air, it was one of the first smells saying spring was coming when I was young!
