Another positive note.....Stanley Grayton,a contractor from Ashland contracted to jack up our building which was settling badly.It was a big job needing steel posts drilled down to bedrock and "I? beams,as well as foundation work.We paid in three installments and when he gave me the final bill it was 8k CHEAPER than his estimate.
For those of you that don 't know him,this is the guy who's family has repaired and reconstructed covered bridges all over the country.Their word is as good as a contract.
