Default Loved Panama Bill's

We went on Sunday 10/19/08, around 2pm for a late lunch. Unfortunately, they were totally out of pulled pork (darn it) so we had the brisket sandwich. YUMMY. It was great, not fatty, great flavor, very tender. We told the fellow behind the counter we thought the sandwich was great, and he promptly brought us each a rib to try. Delish -- and a good marketing strategy as well. We met the owner, who came in from making a delivery while we were finishing lunch, and he seems very nice. The food was terrific (wish we didn't live all the way over in Moultonboro sometimes). The decor is nonexistent, but okay, it's not really that type of restaurant. There are a couple picnic tables. But the restaurant is neat , clean - the people friendly, and we'll definitely be going back. SOON
