Oh, I went back and reread your original post and that it was dated 1949. It makes it even more of a mystery, as I now suspect it was done on a plotter and that was not cheap. Particularly since you said it appeared to be mass marketed. When you get a chance someday I, and I assume alot of folks would love to see the rest posted.
