Talking Mounts toot

There seems to be a couple of reasons for the Toot at Echo Point now-a-days, one is that the capt has family nearby, and the other reason that I heard is to warn the dock that they are coming, I kind of don't think that part is true as it is pretty far from the dock, and you can almost set a clock on their timing.

It isn't my boat he toots at any more, I very rarely chase the mount since they lengthened it and took the big waves away. But I always go out and wave at the people on the boat.
