You couldn't save $1.00 to $2.00 on a meal at a restaurant that has had many great reviews from people in the area (and on this web site) so you got back in your car to burn $4.00 per gallon gas in search of another place to eat? You missed a great meal!
I had a late lunch there Friday and one of the young ladies who works there was sitting at a table eating the fried clams for lunch. I commented to her that they looked good. She said that she really likes the clams, and even though the employees get a free sandwich for lunch she had paid for her meal two days in a row so she could have the fried clams both days.
I got the fried clams and scallops with the homemade potato chips, and the meal was excellent.
