Yes I can!! They may not tax you on everything in NH like some other states but they'll KILL you with FEES!!! There's a fee to do just about anything, but they're quick to point out you're not being taxed!! Perhaps it's time they really considered a broad-based tax
(based on one's ability to pay!) just to centralize all the little taxes and fees we pay now!! Remember, we already have a broad-based tax, it's just not based on one's ability to pay it!! It's time to equalize the tax base!!
While I'm on the subject of fees, perhaps it's time a fee was charged to operators of non-motorized boats (kayak, canoe, etc.) on state waterways!! I'm sure there have been instances of kayakers or canoers needing rescue and
someone has to pay for the rescue services!!
