Ideal Modular according to their website is a dealer for Epoch Homes. I can tell you that Epoch is one of the best modular home manufacturers in New England. They can tend to be a little pricy though. We originally were going to go with Epoch when we built our modular. But when the final figures came in it was some $20,000 over what was estimated. Thats when we brought our design requirements to Dave Winsor. We got what we want a the price we anticipated.
Pro-FAB appears to be a manufacture.
