Most members are not state employees but are representives of various industries appointed by the groups they represent. They receive no pay other than mileage to the best of my knowledge. What a load of Horses**t. The laws should be rescinded until this is fixed. The reasons you list are no excuse for putting people through this BS. If this were a business it would be bankrupt in a week.
