Well that is good fortune for the landlord. I thought for sure he would have been sitting on both properties empty for quite some time. Especially with the quirks of trying to make it in the Weirs. The other thing I noticed is the amount of Mercedes Benz autos at the Boston Seafood Market, So I am guessing this isn't a first business, or young couple with a start up. There looks to be money behind this. I hope they do well. I heard someone the other day say who needs a special fish market, to which another replied, they said that about the wineing butcher and look how they made out.( little do they know about the snowblower repairs)
