I found a waterlogged dock piling floating at high water—shipped some water into my boat—and still could barely haul it over the gunwhale. Returning to my dock—which was nearly level with the lake—it was actually much easier to unload it!

After watching this move back and forth, night and day (as my aching back improved) I hauled this after Ice-Out.

Maybe a definition of debris is in order.
