I noticed that Black Snout had a for-sale sign when I drove by it yesterday, and got a junk-mail notice about all of Nadia's equipment being auctioned as individual items, along with the building itself.
Last week I also noticed a "For Lease" sign on Willows Steak & Spirits at the Weirs.
