Yes, it could. There is something about that particular area that seems to be a magnet for this type of thing. But, if I were Patricks or another business in that mall, I would consider some proactive actions. They could clearly light the parking lot much better. They could put in some video cameras. How about someone who keeps and eye on the bar and parking lot at night?
If you are going to mix a bar with a family restaurant, then there is the potential for this kind of thing. There was an altercation in the parking lot as I was waiting for AAA.
Do I think that this kind of thing would happen at Coe House? Not too likely.
Incidently, are you affiliated with Patricks?
