USDA grades are prime,choice,select,standard,commercial,utility,cu tters and canners.If they don't call it choice it is probably select or standard which is a much lower grade......some stores even sell commercial and give it a new name.
My favorite is still Heath's but I'll sure give Hannafords a try when they open.

Yes you are right SAMIAM.... I don't know why but I always want the Jakson's Star Market to be a Shaws..... I have confused that since they openned....If I get confused like that now in my life I don't want to think about what I will be like 20 years from now......
