There is no correction or update about the Sanders Bay public dock on the Duncan web site corrections page for this 2005 edition of their map. {snip}
Are you all trying to keep this location a private secret?

Don't hold your breath waiting. I sent e-mail to Duncan Press October 2004 then a copy February 2005 and then a SNAIL MAIL copy June 2005 and I'm still waiting (well actually I gave up waiting) for a reply from Duncan. I wanted to correct their web site information (they brag about their accuracy).

While it is good advice we should all know that it is NOT the LAW. There are instances where you can legally go closer than 150'.
Earlier this season I e-mailed Duncan Press about their claim of Coast Guard Boater Ed classes:

I can only find info about classes conducted by NH Marine Patrol at MP HQ in Glendale.
Where is MP HQ in Gilford anyway? Regardless, no one at MP HQ in Glendale knew anything about Coast Guard sessions at MP HQ. No one knew about them at the Boater Education office either. Nor did they know of another MP HQ in Gilford.
I must conclude that Duncan Press, although boldly claiming to be the most accurate, does not care about accuracy of their web site. Their business is maps not web pages I guess.
And to Mark, I care about the location of public docking in Sanders Bay as per the Duncan Press map. I'm looking for it but can not find it either. No correction about it yet so I assume that they think it's there, but where?
I have some other bones to pick regarding the Duncan Press web site information but will save that until I have more time. I do appreciate the fact that they help support this web site and I do buy the latest Winnie maps from both Duncan and Bizer.
