Thick ice and "ice-on-the-move" hit Winter Harbor heavily this year: all three markers off Carry Beach need replacing also.
If you're going to Carry Beach to pick up passengers or to launch a small boat (before they put the swimline in) head directly to the center of the beach on a line drawn through the center of Winter Harbor. Slowly.
