Martin -- Ames Farm is about 10-11 miles beyond (heading to Laconia) Alton Bay on Rte 11. From the water side you will be situated roughly behind Diamond Island -- This could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on your perspective. Bad - Your not in Alton Bay, if thats what you like and are comfortable with. Good - Your more centrally located to allow you to get in the Merideth direction faster & out around the Islands i.e Diamond, Rattlesnake, Mark, Timber, etc
