I don't see the fireworks listed on the events calendar yet. But given that seems to be your primary reason for coming, you might want to let the firework display schedules dicate when you arrive. Many many not be on the 4th.

As for those who would recommend you come some time other than 4th week, I disagree. Everyone should come during that week! Then the rest of the time remains relatively quiet. For those trying to get people to come at times other than this week.... SSSSHHHHHHH!!!!!!
