Also ridiculous! There is no "freedom" to drive a boat at unlimited speed. If driving a car is a privilege why is driving a boat at unlimited speed a right? Is
anyone in front of the legislature opposing the speed limit on constitutional grounds? I think they'd be laughed out of there.
FYI: The five freedoms guaranteed by the constitution are freedom of
speech, religion, press, assembly and petition for redress of grievances.
I don't see unlimited speed in there.
