The length and weight of your boat is probably what matters the most. Possibly build an embankment ramp using pt 4x4's, and pt 2x4's with boat trailer rollers and a hand crank winch that will down load and upload a 14' aluminum vee hull w/a 15-hp outboard.

www.shoredocker.com makes aluminum embankment ramps with rollers.

Consider tying the boat to a mooring buoy.

Or, forget about the boat and get a paddle sup that can easily be carried down the embankment rocks into Rust Pond.
