Super! There's a certain magic to living in a tent that a house will never match. A couple of thoughts from someone who's spent many weeks in old style canvas as a Scout...Don't do it! He will want protection from mosquitoes and other insects. 50 years ago that meant mosquito nets, but unless there is a better solution today, what a PIA. You might consider an aerobed or similar (I think the aerobed company is now out of business, check Amazon) instead of a traditional cot
