Saw this on Facebook today and remembered this post—the cost for Macallan and "neat"/no ice charge (edited to add that the Macallan cost was on the Woodshed menu prices thread, not this one).
Also, went to The Smokehouse in Chelmsford the other day—there are locations in Woburn, Somerville, etc.—and there was a "voluntary" 3% "kitchen charge" to "support the hard-working kitchen staff members." Isn't that what, like, pay should do?!
