The fine print is that they don't throttle, they deprioritize. Once a network gets busy, there's an algorithm for which traffic passes first and quickest, and it's never MVNOs.

I'll be interested to hear about your experience, but once the area gets busy, Verizon's network just doesn't seem to be able to handle it.
