It seems to me that "cold washout"? may be an overstatement. The people who got washed out today are likely mostly local from New England. The people who come for the week make reservations weeks or months ahead. They come, they have fun, they spend their money. Everybody is happy. Saturday afternoon, 6/17, we joined friends for an early dinner at 4:00 pm. The Ellacoya B & G had a 75 minute wait. Called ahead to the Breeze and we got in almost right away, but they were full with others waiting. No washout there. I guess if you wanted to people watch at the Weirs, it was a washout. No idea about the track--are tickets prepaid? We were in Loudon at 6:45--ghost town.
