I use Regina Nadeau at Normandin Cheney & O'Neil PLLC in Laconia. She has put together a few P&S agreements, deed prep and closings for us on private sale land and slip deals.

Also Frank Michel in Meredith has handled some deed prep and a Right of First Refusal agreement for us.
