Number of parcels: 7,565
Number of
registered voters: 4,276 (84% of population)
Number of "billed taxpayers" 8,509 ( 8,169 paper billed and 340 paperless billed)

Is the survey data statiscally significant? Is 7.3 % statistically significant with a voter "population" of 4,276!
