So, Speed Queen has played a sorta VW (and other corporations) game: because they were inefficient, they weren't fitting into new governmental standards. As a result, they came out with a totally new design (TR series) that increased efficiency. Sales weren't awesome, and people wanted the original back, so they brought the TC5 classic back with an efficient mode (that blows). We bought that one and, other than the two electronic start and deep fill buttons, it's totally analog.
