You might try Nick at NW Marine for that. I know he has worked on a number of boats for forum members and does excellent work. I have had him completely wire two "homemade" pontoon boats and his work is a lot better than what you get from the factory.

I know he is currently wiring an antique pickup truck that started with just a motor. It had been stripped of all the wiring. He will do everything from gauges to ignition wiring.

When he did the boats for me he told me what to buy on Amazon (Radio, speakers, sub woofer, amp) and he did the installation when the parts arrived. Doing it that way saved a lot of money.
