Remote workers are only taxed by the state in which they live, unless they sleep more than 50% of the time in the state of they employer.
If the state they live in has no income tax, they pay no state income tax to either state.

The only point of contention(for which NH recently sued Mass), is living in NH and driving to Mass daily for in office work.
