Start with a Superintendent overseeing the three principals....Elementary, Middle, and High Schools....plus add in the administrative staff, when the total enrollment is less than 500 students. Just wait until the state gets their act together and redistributes education money....and M'boro gets hit with the rebirth of donor towns.
