Thank you Flyingscot and Chimi I called Christine Eldridge Fri 1/22 (one of my no-call backs.) I'll call Brian today. Last Wednesday I called 1 person here in Mass to look at two properties, he called me back 2 hours later and came out on Monday to do both properties... People in Mass ARE NOT any slower than NH trades no way! Just saying it's always the same thing no matter who I call for things in NH or Mass "down here" is always way easier.
