That’s the one! I can’t thank you enough for getting back to me so quickly! We spent hours on the phone this afternoon, and the Anthem agents were not helpful or knowledgeable....very frustrating, to say the least. The two of us are in foul moods as a result, so tomorrow morning will be more productive, hopefully.
