Hi:
I'm sure somewhere this question has been asked but I can't seem to locate it!
Maybe someone can direct me!
Do you need a Boating Cert. when sailing on Winni?
Everything I see here has hp but this sail boat is small and needs no motors.
Hope someone can answer this question.
