Look at this house. They tried to sell it in 2017 for $979k and failed, they just sold it for nearly double that at $1.85m !!

That's crazy. I was just on Cape Cod this weekend and real estate is crazy there too, although there are a lot more properties for sale. I was with some friends of ours who are looking for a second home and they made a full price offer on a small ranch at 565K and lost it to a cash buyer over listing price. It was nothing special in my eyes but I'm not that up to date on Cape prices. I feel fortunate that I bought when I did 5 years ago.
