The town should install an honor system, steel, fee collection box and most all boaters would probably be good with sliding the $20-cash into the box when there's no attendant there.
This is what the Forest Service has all across the WMNF hiking, parking lots, where it costs five dollars to park, and it works good.
With an honor system pay box, it would pull in so much money, that Meredith could lower the fee back to fifteen dollars and still make more than with $20.
