Some oldies I enjoy ("Into the Mystic" is a fine one, above): "Bring it on Home" (Sam Cook—really, most of his stuff), "Drift Away" (either version), "The Girl I love She Got Black Wavy Hair" and "The Lemon Song" (Zeppelin)...
Two summers ago, our slideshow was defined by "Song for Another Time."
Last summer, "Old Town Road" (!).
In terms of "summer" music, I just put Spotify on and choose either laid-back country or beach mixes and let 'er run.
