Apparently Laconia loves to suck you state funds for taking projects no other area wants. There are plenty of empty buildings/locations for them to use for this all around the state. Each town should be required to take care of their homeless, not the state building a camp for them in one location for one town and area to take care of. You missed the part where locals were blindsided and don’t get a choice?
No one wants it, this time the local mayor / reps are treated like out of staters - “Don’t like it? Too bad, you don’t get a vote.”
But this does suck for everyone if it happens, since I agree some will never leave and we have too many already.
