Great Gazpacho
Here comes that time in summer when local gardens are harvested for fresh produce. One of my favorite creations to follow is Gazpacho. My wife makes a great one however she was beat to the punch this year by Jeff at the Lakeside deli and Grill in Meredith. I had the pleasure of enjoying his gazpacho yesterday. It really was fantastic and he added a really nice twist with the addition of an optional portion of lobster in it. Who else makes gazpacho around the lake?
