I'll second the center console suggestion (which is what I have). Very easy to slide cover over the console and the seat/leaning post behind the console. Usually have a draw string or elastic cord at the bottom to keep it tight. I just throw the front and/or rear seat cushions in the console and that way they don't need to be covered.
