If a neighbor complains to the Marine Patrol about this Marco Cover and its' support system blocking their view, most likely it would be considered similar to a canopy cover which requires a permit from the NH-DES.

On Lake Winnipesaukee and all NH lakes, you don't have the liberty to put up a Liberty Cover System.

Looking at it; it is a boat cover-draped curtain which hangs down over the boat and is supported by an overhead rigid aluminum horizontal rod with rigid aluminum vertical supports, and is similar to a CANOPY COVER.
